,A big shout out to some people who have helped me a lot in getting this website up and running. Steve Rea (Creative Director at Digital Dorado) was fantastic to work with - very intuitive, with lots of common sense and great creative input. Considering he didn't have a lot to work with, I think he made me look pretty good! I owe him a few bottles of red I think. Dylan Trigwell (Photographer Extraordinaire). Dylan shot all the images on this site and is tireless in support as his Dad pretends to be a serious artist. I say "pretends" ... because I think many artists, in their own way, suffer from a certain amount of imposter syndrome. Another guy with heaps of talent, Dylan is a joy to work with. Somehow, he manages to find the time (out of his busy life), to create wonderful images of his Dad. If you want to see more of Dylan, check out the YouTube video interview on my music page. Alan Simm My friend of ~ 57 years, also a fantastic photographer ... did a great job helping Dylan film the interview video. Mal Miller Bob Dilollo Mark Severn The 3 other members of Stickfish (aka Fuzzyiguana, aka Some Journey). Read the book (105 Steps). My Wife Why? ... Read the book (105 Steps). Why did I even bother building a website? Good question. I think of it as an artists repository where all things "Steve Trigwell" can reside. I'm talking about the things that matter (to me) ... apart from the "work stuff" that seem to define our careers and identity. In researching my Family Tree it was easy to trace my ancestry back to about 1744, but it was impossible to get inside their heads and find out what really made them tick. I like to think that one day, my descendants will be easily able to listen to my music, read my books (if they want to) and really understand who I am / was. We all like to leave our mark somehow. My intention is to continue to post up new music from time to time. I'm working on a song called Just For You ... hopefully that won't be too far away. Make sure you pop back from time to time because with help from Dylan and Simmy (above), I have another surprise coming up. I'm super excited about some fun we had recently ... shooting a music video in a spectacular garden setting. It will take a little while for Dylan to finish the edits ... but don't miss it. 28/6/22 105 Steps (E-book version) was launched on Amazon (Kindle), June 23rd 2022. The book started to climb the rankings immediately, before reaching Number 1 in two separate categories on June 27th. Number 1 in Motivational Self Help and Number 1 in Personal Growth and Inspiration (Amazon Australia). I'm thrilled that so many people are getting to read the book. If you've downloaded 105 Steps please, please, please, leave a review on Amazon.
