Apology

I need to apologise for not keeping this website updated. Unfortunately, in August 2024 I cut my right hand badly, resulting in cut tendons and nerves. I feared I would never be able to play guitar again and, as I wasn't playing, I also stopped singing. The initial repair operation did not succeed, necessitating a second op in December 2024. After a lengthy and diligent rehab with plenty of physio etc, I slowly regained the ability to play and the Abrolhos performance ( April 25th 2025), was the first time I had the confidence to play in front of a crowd. The good news is, the accident gave me such a scare I went back into the studio and compiled some songs to put together for a new album. I'm excited to get back into it and can't wait to rekindle some studio magic with Kingsley Oldmeadows (producer/mix/master on Just For You).  Keep an eye here or, on my Instagram @steve_trigwell.
